Laney's journey into the world of real estate began at the University of Georgia, where she excelled academically and earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management and Real Estate. Her passion for the industry was evident even during her college years, as she interned with national real estate brokerage firms, gaining valuable hands-on experience that would shape her career path.

Upon joining DPC Companies, Laney embarked on a multifaceted role that immersed her in various aspects of real estate development. Currently, Laney plays a crucial role as she assists the Chief Investment Officer in lease coordination, manages lease documentation, and contributes to tenant improvement projects. Beyond her office responsibilities, Laney thrives in on-site roles where she coordinates with tenants, organizes events, and enhances property marketing efforts. Her dedication to mastering every facet of the business reflects her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Laney remains a devoted supporter of her alma mater's sports teams, particularly the Georgia Bulldogs. She finds solace and joy in her two French Bulldogs and water sports where her passion and competitive streak complements her dedication to being successful in the world of real estate.

Laney's achievements, including recognition on the UGA Dean’s List, underscore her academic prowess and drive to succeed as she continues to expand her expertise and contribute to DPC Companies' success.
