Justin Lutgen

Justin is engaged in the revenue side of the company.  He leads the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail real estate. His focus is to identify and pursue new opportunities and oversee the turn-around process.
 
Prior to joining DPC, Justin was a commercial retail broker representing both tenant and landlord driven transactions with St. Louis based Pace Properties, one of the most active retail developers in St. Louis.  After relocating to join Pace’s Denver office in a similar capacity, Justin was offered the Acquisitions Director position and joined the DPC Development team. In 2020, Justin Lutgen was named DPC's Chief Investment Officer.

Justin’s passion for real estate started at the University of Missouri where he earned a business degree in 2002, with a dual major in finance and real estate.
