Mitch Gorsevski

For more than 30 years, Mitch has been a trusted cornerstone of the DPC team - the kind of person you depend on and the go-to for just about everything, equally willing to solve a complex engineering challenge or step in wherever help is needed. After starting his career as a Junior Engineer, he joined DPC and quickly became one of the organization’s most relied-upon leaders - often delivering practical advice accompanied by a well-timed one-liner.

As Chief Portfolio Engineer, Mitch has overseen properties ranging from 235,000 to over 1 million square feet and plays a key role in projects from acquisition through disposition. He supervises DPC’s Denver engineering team and oversees the operations of all Denver assets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the high performance standards our portfolio depends on. A respected mentor and trusted resource to both tenants and colleagues, Mitch brings decades of hands-on expertise and an instinctive understanding of what it takes to keep buildings running smoothly.

Mitch earned his degree in Industrial Technology from Metropolitan State College and is known as equal parts engineer, troubleshooter, unofficial building whisperer, and for his effortless humor.
