Matt McClimmans

Ask anyone and they will say that Matt is an all-round jack of all trades and eases into his role of many hats at DPC.  Matt has been working on the Denver West portfolio for over 10 years.  DPC was lucky enough to inherit his 25+ knowledge and experience in construction and property management during the acquisition of the property and he has been our bastion of historical knowledge.  As Chief Engineer Matt is responsible for the engineering department at Denver West, manages TI and building improvement projects and serves as liaison for the properties General Manager, DPC’s construction team and all things vendor related. 

Matt is a 4th generation Colorado native and makes the most of his heritage enjoying all Colorado has to offer.
