Tyler Rohrig

Although a native Coloradoan, Tyler found his way to DPC via our Arizona office where he began working with us in January of 2021.  As Lead Building Engineer for DPC, bringing a wide range of engineering skill and knowledge, Tyler began his engineering education while serving over 5 years as an Engineer for the US Armed Services.  His military service team leadership duties have become a great asset for DPC where he brings a practical and composed propensity for quickly determining and solving building, tenant, and staff issues. 

Tyler continued his engineering career after his service years working for reputable national brokerage companies where he refined his proficiency on retail projects and commercial high-rise buildings.  Tyler has and continues to find cost savings for our properties, a direct result of his ability to drill down on issues and manage with an ownership approach.

Tyler has an Applied Science in HVAC associates degree, an EPA Universal Certification and licenses in refrigeration and boiler operation and an electrical 07C licenses.

Even though Tyler makes Arizona his home he is still a diehard Broncos fan which is befitting of DPC Denver headquarters!
