Paul got his start in commercial real estate and facilities with a hands‑on, problem‑solving style that’s stuck with him throughout his career. As a Chief Building Engineer, he’s handled just about everything a building can throw at a person—plumbing issues, electrical quirks, HVAC surprises, and a wide range of mechanical equipment. He’s spent years working directly with vendors, property owners, and facilities teams to keep things running smoothly and make sure small problems stay small.

Before stepping into chief engineer roles, Paul built a strong technical foundation as both an HVAC Technician and a Facilities Maintenance Technician. His work has taken him across the U.S., giving him broad experience with maintenance programs, vendor coordination, building inspections, equipment logs, and supporting major office moves with shifting priorities and plenty of last‑minute challenges.

With extensive training in electronics, systems maintenance, energy management, refrigeration, and a full suite of EPA certifications, Paul brings well‑rounded technical depth and a steady, proactive presence to every property he supports—paired with the calm confidence of someone who has absolutely seen worse.
