For more than a decade, Joyce has been the behind-the-scenes force keeping the DPC office running—the backbone and absolutely an essential member of our support team. Over the years she has collected an encyclopedic knowledge of our development and property management practices, quietly taking on tasks, many unnoticed but always essential.

So it’s no surprise that stepping into the role of Assistant Property Manager was a natural evolution—the next chapter—where she now works side-by-side with the property management team handling day-to-day operations, tenant relations, service requests, lease administration, and the ongoing adventure of coordinating maintenance and vendors.
