Sage joined DPC in 2014 as an Executive Assistant and quickly became a trusted resource for the leadership team. In addition to internal communications and marketing coordination, she supported executive operations and corporate recordkeeping, helping leadership stay organized and informed as the company continued to grow.

She now serves as Manager of Operations, where her focus is the company’s internal framework and oversight. Sage manages employee benefits, hiring and onboarding, payroll coordination, and company policy administration. She also maintains DPC’s corporate entity and property ownership structure, overseeing registrations, annual filings, governance records, and compliance requirements across the company’s entities.

Sage additionally administers DPC’s corporate and property insurance programs, working with brokers and carriers to maintain appropriate coverage and support the company’s broader risk-management efforts.

With real estate experience dating back to 1989—including title, closings, property management operations, and administration of government funded neighborhood revitalization programs—she brings a practical understanding of how real estate companies actually function behind the scenes. Many of the systems that keep DPC stable, compliant, and organized operate quietly in the background, and Sage is often the one making sure those pieces stay aligned.
