Sage joined DPC in 2014 as an Executive Assistant, where she kept things running smoothly for the executive team. She handled everything from office coordination and internal communications to marketing, events, and company benefits. Over time, she naturally stepped into the role of Manager of Operations, where she now oversees employee benefits, hiring, payroll, and the day-to-day workings of the business—plus she’s the go-to for improving processes and keeping communication flowing.

Sage has been in real estate since 1989 and has done a bit of everything—title and closings, property management, and even working on government grant programs to help revitalize neighborhoods and make homeownership more accessible. She brings a deep, well-rounded knowledge of real estate, operations, and executive support to the team at DPC.
