This strategic purchase is a cornerstone of the City of Englewood's ambitious master redevelopment plan, which aims to transform the area into a bustling community hub. Located at the northeast corner of Hampden and Santa Fe, the property boasts superb accessibility and is perfectly positioned adjacent to RTD light rail stations and parking facilities, making it a prime location for one of the most exciting infill redevelopments currently in the Denver metro area.

The site has a rich history, initially thriving as the Cinderella City Mall since its debut in 1968. Once celebrated as one of the largest indoor shopping malls west of the Mississippi, it faced challenges over the decades, eventually paving the way for a transformative redevelopment. Starting in 1991, the City of Englewood began revitalizing the area, laying the groundwork for what would become a revitalized city center.
