Through comprehensive redevelopment, we transformed the previously underutilized property into a contemporary, walkable destination for tenants, customers, and the surrounding community. 

The redevelopment refreshed the building façades and window lines, improved pedestrian connections throughout the center and transformed the existing courtyard into a more inviting outdoor space for dining and gathering.
