DPC Companies’ role is as project and construction management, representing the office and retail development. The 248,006 SF office building offers a unique work environment for users, including tenant roof top amenity deck, a contemporary fitness facility, on-site community zone with game lawns, theater in the round and gathering areas and access to the Arizona Crosscut Canal. The retail consists of 7,500 SF of restaurant and retail space offering the convenience of walk-to lunch, drinks, and dinner.
