We acquired this 1971, 82,936 square foot warehouse space in Colorado Springs in May 2016. The excellent location provides high visibility and ease of access to I-25 and Highway 24, the two major arterials servicing southern Colorado. Tenants with concentrated traffic appreciate this location for servicing the region. With our update and improvement plan, we’ve created a desirable alternative for tenants who want new building finishes and infrastructure in an infill location. We reinvented the interior and exterior, added loading docks to provide flexible warehouse space, and installed highly visible highway signage. While perfect for a full building user, the building can be divided for use by two tenants.
