In partnership with Confluent Development, DPC acquired this 115,300 square foot former grocery warehouse building in Phoenix’s Sky Harbor industrial submarket. Its location, proximity and visibility from major highways is in strong demand from both distribution tenants and ultimately investors. The strategy was to take advantage of the outdated parking field and add an additional 109,857 square feet of Class "A" distribution space for a total of 225,157square feet. 32 foot ceilings, efficient column spacing, and drive-in and dock high delivery access give each user what they need in a warehouse use. With its predominate exterior architectural design, HUB 317 is a stand out industrial building in the Phoenix market.
