< Back to featuredPurchased in July 2017, in a joint venture with Long Wharf Capital, 333 Centennial is located on the boundary of the Boulder foothills, just minutes off Highway 36. With 403,871 square feet of high ceiling space, our plan for this investment was to improve the function and aesthetics of the building, upgrade the mechanical systems, replace the roof, and build additional docks and loading areas. After adding two new entries and a bank of loading docs, we re-introduced this older building as a Class "A" alternative in Boulder County.
