As part of its strategic plan for Denver Corporate II & III Office Buildings, DPC is excited about our retail, ground-up development of restaurant and service amenities at the corner of East Union and Ulster Street in the Denver Tech Center. The retail component of Denver Corporate Center, which is being constructed in an outlying parking lot for the twin office buildings, consists of three retail pads totaling 18,400 square feet. Building A will be a 2,700 square foot, food or coffee use with drive thru located adjacent to Building II. Building B, located at the corner of Union Avenue and Ulster Street, is a 11,300 multi-tenant building. Building C will sit at the northwest corner of Ulster Street and will be a bank building.

This accompanying amenity to our two twin tower office buildings is a natural blending of work and play and offers our office building tenants a walkable destination and serves the surrounding DTC office and living community.
