Timothy D. Rose

Tim serves as Executive Vice President and has managed our asset management services since 1989. As Executive Vice President, Tim plays a vital role in the acquisition of new properties from developing repositioning strategies and creating the vision for the assets. 

Of particular note, is the fact that on average, each of Tim’s management associates have been employed with DPC for over 10 years, testifying to Tim’s skills in managing people to create a professional, highly trained and qualified work force. Tim also manages much of DPC’s commercial leasing completing over 50 transactions, on average, each year.

With a passion for detail, Tim is also our resident expert in building design and interior finishes. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Colorado State University.
